Scarab is a joint venture between winemakers Vailia From and Cameron Stoffel, crafting méthode champenoise sparkling wines in Paso Robles, California. Drawing from prized vineyards including Solomon Hills, Bien Nacido, and McBride, they work with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to create their elegant expressions.
