Scratch Wines crafts small-lot wines from cool-climate California vineyards spanning Monterey, Arroyo Seco, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Santa Cruz Mountains. Under winemaker Sabrine Rodems, the project focuses on Chardonnay Sparkling, Riesling, Grenache, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet—each expression shaped by the distinctive terroir of its source.
