
Wolfpack Cellars is a small-batch winery in Burien and White Center, Washington, founded by James and Matthew—a trained chef and former assistant winemaker paired with someone bringing coffee industry palate training and Columbia Valley winemaking experience. They craft wines from Washington AVAs including fruit from Frenchman Hills and Wallula vineyards, with a focus on Syrah, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Viognier.
