EFESTĒ was founded in 2005 by Daniel Ferrelli and his daughter Angela with her husband Kevin Taylor, building on the family's winemaking heritage dating back to prohibition-era Chicago. The winery produces wines primarily from estate-grown grapes sourced from Red Mountain and Yakima Valley AVAs, using minimal intervention winemaking practices including native fermentation and low sulfite levels.
