Weis Vineyards
Founded in 2016 by Peter Weis, a German-trained winemaker from Zell Mosel, and his wife Ashlee, Weis Vineyards crafts traditional German-style wines from estate vineyards on Keuka and Seneca Lakes in Hammondsport. Drawing on Old World expertise and Finger Lakes terroir, the winery produces beautiful Rieslings, Grüner Veltliners, Gewürztraminers, and other elegant varietals through their Terroir Series, Estate, and Winzer Select programs.
