Viscon Cellars is a family-owned West Seattle winery founded in 2004 by Ben and Susan, growing from Ben's basement winemaking project after his studies at UC Davis. They craft small-lot wines from carefully selected Washington State growers, including fruit from Charlotte's Vineyard and Scootney Flats Vineyard, with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rosé.
