Sea Shell Cellars is a 100% family-owned boutique winery in Paso Robles, founded by Michelle and Rick Carter in 2008. Across their 99-acre estate, they cultivate 50 acres of diverse varietals including Chardonnay, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, producing approximately 2,000 cases annually from their Spanish Springs Vineyard.
