Founded in 2008 by Blair Allan and Simone Lagomarsino, Al Lago Wines blends European heritage with New World winemaking in Paso Robles. The vineyard was planted with Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir, crafting wines that honor both traditions. Under winemaker Guillaume Fabre, they focus on Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sangiovese.
