Founded in 2017 by Hungarian-born winemaker Sandor Faludi, Prohibition Cellars brings Old World winemaking philosophy to Washington wines. Using minimal-intervention techniques, Faludi crafts terroir-driven expressions from acclaimed vineyards including Heart of the Hill, Red Willow, and Les Collines, working with varieties from Cabernet Sauvignon to Roussanne.
