CASS Winery

CASS Winery began in 2000 when Steve Cass planted a vineyard on 145 acres in Paso Robles, then pivoted to winemaking after a trip to South Africa inspired him to partner with Ted Plemons. The tasting room opened in 2005, and today the winery crafts estate wines from Bordeaux and Rhône varietals—including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Roussanne, and Grenache—while maintaining California Sustainable certification.
