Cal Poly Wines is produced by faculty and students in the Wine and Viticulture Department at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, using the state-of-the-art Justin and J. Lohr Center for Wine and Viticulture completed in 2023. Crafted from San Luis Obispo's finest fruit, including grapes from Trestle Vineyard and Andrew Murray Vineyard, their lineup features Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah through both their Cal Poly Reserves and Estate programs.
