Black Hand Cellars is a Paso Robles boutique winery owned by the Banish family, crafting Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah from their own Torie Ranch Vineyard on the West Side of San Miguel. Under winemaker Tom's direction, the winery tends nearly three acres of Estrella River and French clone Syrah varieties, bringing focused attention to each vintage.
