Betz Family Winery was founded in 1997 by Bob and Cathy Betz, who crushed their first vintage of 150 cases in a Woodinville warehouse. The winery built a state-of-the-art facility in Woodinville in 2005 and became known for producing Bordeaux and Rhône-style wines; it was acquired by Seattle-based Ackley Brands in 2024.
