Founded in 1996 by Jim and Judy Schultze, Windy Oaks Estate crafts wines from 30 acres of Santa Lucia Highlands vineyards in Corralitos, California. Jim and Spencer Schultze now lead winemaking, producing distinctive Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, Syriahs, and distinctive varietals including Albariño and Viognier through their Estate Pinot Noirs, Proprietor's Reserve, and Limited Release programs.
