Welcome to Vincent William Wine, a family-owned winery, restaurant, and inn founded in 2024 in Madison, Ohio, right on the shores of Lake Erie. Michael and Katy Profeta crafted this special destination over eight years, completing the property with reclaimed materials to create something truly unique. Under winemaker Michael Profeta's care, the vineyard produces a diverse range of wines—from elegant Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc to crisp Riesling and refreshing Rosé—all rooted in the Grand River Valley's distinctive terroir.
