Founded in 2019, Fossil Creek Winery is a family-owned operation in Madison, Ohio, run by brothers Don and Kevin Jacobson. What began with just 1 acre of Riesling in 2013 has grown to 6 acres featuring Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Vidal. The tasting room opened in November 2024, inviting you to discover their expanding lineup of wines.
