Tomi Cellars is a winery project by film industry veterans Boyd Shermis and Denise Davis, nestled at Industrial Wine Gardens in Buellton, California. They craft Central Coast wines using a blend of traditional and modern winemaking techniques, drawing fruit from renowned vineyards including Don Miguel, La Presa, and Riverbench. Expect hand-crafted expressions of Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, and Pinot Meuniér, including their Riserva program.
