Founded in 1991 on Seneca Lake's southeast shore, Standing Stone Vineyards has been crafting wines in the Finger Lakes since its beginning. Now under the ownership of Fred and Maressa Merwarth and Oskar Bynke, the winery tends vineyards originally planted in the early 1970s and showcases distinctive varietals like Saperavi under the expert guidance of winemakers Fred Merwarth, Dillon Buckley, and Bryanna Cramer.
