Founded in 2010 by 7th generation viticulturist Jason Hazlitt and veteran Finger Lakes winemaker Justin Boyette, Sawmill Creek Estate draws on the Hazlitt family's centuries-old vineyard legacy that began in 1852. Located on the southeast side of Seneca Lake, this Hector winery crafts Syrah, Riesling, and Cabernet Sauvignon that reflect the character of the Finger Lakes region.
