Sotrio Vineyards & Winery opened in May 2024 in Ronda, North Carolina's Yadkin Valley AVA, bringing handcrafted Italian-inspired wines to life. Owners William C. and Teresa Piastuch draw on nearly a decade of stewardship—purchasing the vineyard property in 2015 and completing winery facilities in 2019—to craft wines featuring Sangiovese, Fiano, Petite Manseng, Montepulciano, Sagrantino, and Teroldego, alongside a Reserve Wines program.
