Founded in 2001 by Jay and Barbara Raffaldini, this winery transformed a rocky, abandoned farm in Ronda into a 102-acre Italian varietal destination in the Blue Ridge foothills. Raffaldini specializes in traditional winemaking methods, crafting wines from Sagrantino, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and other classic Italian grapes against a stunning North Carolina backdrop.
