Seven Oxen Estate Wines is a CCOF certified organic winery on Westside Paso Robles, founded by Adriana Neal, Bastien Leduc, and Rebecca Leduc. Winemaker Bastien Leduc, a French vigneron, tends 130 acres—including 26 acres of head-trained vines—using organic and biodynamic techniques to craft 100% estate-grown wines like Picpoul Blanc, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Zinfandel, and Tannat.
