Founded in 2003 by Dick and Pat Ellis, Pebblestone Cellars is a family-owned winery in Medford, Oregon, rooted in a passion for winemaking that began with home experiments in 1981. Situated on their 26-acre Ellis Vineyard, they craft wines exclusively from their own fruit, offering a range that spans crisp whites like Albariño and Viognier alongside rich reds including Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Syrah.
