Founded in 1998 in Talent, Oregon's Rogue Valley, Paschal Winery crafts European-style wines under the direction of winemaker Nichole Shulte. Drawing from vineyard plantings that began in the late 1980s, they produce a diverse range including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Chardonnay, and more, with a Reserve program offering deeper exploration of their offerings.
