Off The Hill brings together two distinct operations under one roof in Wenatchee: Stemilt Creek Winery, established in 2003 by Kyle and Jan Mathison, and Archibald James Wine and Cider, launched in 2018 by Seth Cohen and Bryan Noyd. This boutique tasting room showcases handcrafted wines and ciders, with Viognier among the primary varietals, all rooted in the Stemilt Hill AVA.
