Founded in 2009 by Craig and Danielle Mitrakul, Crayelle Cellars is a boutique winery in Wenatchee, Washington, where Craig—a Cornell-trained food scientist—handcrafts wines in limited quantities. Drawing on experience from prestigious wineries including Chateau Ste. Michelle, Rosemount Estates, and Ponzi Vineyards, Craig creates a thoughtful range of wines from Albariño and Sauvignon Blanc to Garnacha, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
