Allen Shoup spent decades running Chateau Ste. Michelle before launching this audacious project: recruit a who's who of the world's best winemakers and turn them loose on Washington fruit. Each wine has its own celebrated maker — Randy Dunn, John Duval, Michel Rolland — proving Columbia Valley can stand with the great regions of the world. The Walla Walla tasting room pours a lineup that's hard to find anywhere else under one roof. Book ahead; this is a focused, sit-down experience rather than a drop-in.
