Established in 1972 by a third-generation Italian vintner, Hecker Pass Winery crafts old-world Italian-style wines using traditional methods—dry farming, head pruning, hand-picking, and wild yeast fermentation—without herbicides, pesticides, or cultured yeast. Located in Gilroy, they produce Carignane, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Muscat, and Dolcetto across their Reserve and Select programs.
