Founded by the Hazlitt family in 1852, this winery traces its roots deep into New York's wine country. The commercial operation began in 1985 under Jerry Hazlitt's stewardship, and in 2011 Hazlitt Red Cat Cellars was established in Naples, NY, to expand the family's Red Cat wine production. Three generations of winemaking passion flow through every bottle.
