Founded in 2007, Field Recordings is Andrew Jones's venture into minimal-intervention winemaking on California's Central Coast. The winery sources small lots from underappreciated Paso Robles vineyards, crafting single-vineyard wines and blends that let the fruit speak for itself. From crisp whites like Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc to elegant reds including Pinot Noir and Syrah, each bottle tells the story of its vineyard home.
