Founded in 1975 by Texas cattle ranchers Ed and Susan Auler, Fall Creek Vineyards planted its first vineyard in the Hill Country after a trip to France inspired their vision. Now owned and winemaking by Sergio Cuadra—the winery's former Director of Winemaking—Fall Creek crafts Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a range of distinctive varietals across multiple vineyard sources and wine programs including Vintners Selection and Private Reserve.
