Ettore Winery is a young organic producer in Hopland, Mendocino County, founded by Italian winemaker Ettore Biraghi in 2019. Drawing from estate vineyards, they hand-harvest and craft organic wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Petit Verdot across their Signature, Pure, and Reserve programs.
