Dovetail Cellars is a small, boutique winery in Vancouver, Washington, founded by Ben Stuart in 2015 following his graduation from the Enology and Viticulture program in Walla Walla. Ben crafts bold and balanced wines exclusively from Washington State grapes, sourcing from renowned vineyards including Upland, Stoney Vine, Redpath, and Coyote Canyon.
