Ron Denner founded this gravity-flow winery in 2005 on converted barley fields in Paso Robles' Willow Creek District. The team practices non-interventionist winemaking with dry-farming and organic vineyard management, letting native yeasts drive whole-cluster fermentation and bottling wines unfined and unfiltered for true expression of place.
