Cuatro Dias Winery

Cuatro Dias Winery is owned and operated by Greg Allen, a firefighter/paramedic who crafts richly concentrated wines during his four days off between shifts. Located near San Miguel, north of Paso Robles, the winery draws on over a decade of Greg's winemaking expertise to produce a diverse range of varietals—from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah to Chardonnay and Albariño. What began as a passion project has become a serious expression of skill and dedication.
