Caraccioli Cellars is a family-run winery founded in 2006, crafting sparkling and still wines exclusively from their Escolle Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Under the direction of Scott Caraccioli, alongside Greg and Chris Vita, they focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Gamay, and Gamay Noir, building on winemaking foundations established by Michel Salgues.
