Founded by the Smerling family in 2011, Cabana Winery has built a home in Lodi while drawing fruit from vineyards across Lodi, Napa, and Amador County. Their small lot fermentations aged in French oak produce a diverse range of wines, from bright whites like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc to rich reds including Zinfandel, Malbec, and Cabernet.
