Bet the Farm Winery
Founded in 2006, Bet the Farm Winery began as a retail space celebrating locally produced foods and wines before moving to its vineyard home in Trumansburg. The Jacob Thomas Vineyard was planted on the property in 2018, and under winemaker Kit Kalfs, the estate now crafts Finger Lakes wines from a diverse range of varietals including Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc, among others.
