Ancien Wines has been crafting Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris since 1992, beginning with their first harvest from Carneros. Drawing on French artisanal traditions, they practice in-barrel fermentation and aging across vineyards including Thornton, Mink, Shea, Fiddlestix, Jouissance, and Toyon Farm in California.
