Founded in 2008, Acquiesce Winery is an estate-focused producer in Lodi specializing exclusively in Rhône-style white and rosé wines. Owner Susan Tipton and winemaker Christina Lopez craft their wines from hand-picked grapes using whole-cluster pressing and stainless steel, drawing from varietals including Picpoul Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Roussanne.
