Absolution Cellars

Founded in 2017 by winemaker Dirk Neumann, Absolution Cellars crafts limited-production, handcrafted single-vineyard wines from the Central Coast using Old World winemaking techniques. With over 20 varieties produced annually and 1,500 cases per year, they draw from distinctive vineyards including Pierce Ranch, Michaud, Brecon Estate, and others.
