Xochitl Wines was founded in late summer 2020 by winemaker Brittany Banda, who began with a single ton of Syrah fruit purchased from Caelesta Vineyard in Paso Robles. Now crafting Zinfandel and Syrah, Banda continues to shape the winery's character from the ground up.
