Whatley Wines
Founded in 2016 by Tyler and Melissa Whatley, Whatley Wines sits on a restored 1860s German homestead in Fredericksburg, Texas. The winery released its first wines in fall 2022 and welcomed guests to its new tasting room in May 2025. Working with fruit from Vingo and Apex Vineyards, they craft a diverse range of wines spanning Pinot Meunier, Viognier, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Orange Muscat to Mourvèdre, Merlot, Malbec, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, and Semillon.
