The Color Collector crafts Oregon Gamay Noir with meticulous attention to detail, hand-de-stemming grapes and fermenting with native yeasts before aging in neutral oak. Using gravity-based movement throughout production, they let the wine develop naturally from fruit sourced at Björnson Vineyard. Since 2015, they've been dedicated to this singular focus—and in 2022, they opened Soča, a wine shop and bar in White Salmon, WA, to share their work directly.
