Shamrock Vineyard
Central Ohio's oldest wine-grape vineyard, Shamrock Vineyard was established in 1971 near Waldo by Dr. Thomas N. Quilter and his wife Mary. Now operated by their grandson Thomas Van S. Creasap, the vineyard cultivates a distinctive range of cold-hardy varietals including Seyval, Marechal Foch, Delaware, Edelweiss, Niagara, Cayuga, and Vidal.
