Shadow Springs Vineyard
Yadkin Valley
Founded in 2005 on former tobacco land in North Carolina's Yadkin Valley, Shadow Springs Vineyard has grown from its initial four acres of Merlot and Cabernet Franc to nearly eleven acres, opening its tasting room in 2008. Under winemaker Dana's care, the vineyard crafts a range of varietals including Chardonnay, Chardonel, Petit Manseng, and Cabernet Franc, alongside several other reds and whites. The winery also operates Windsor Run Cellars, a shared winemaking facility serving multiple vineyard clients in the region.
