Founded in 2007, Saffron Fields Vineyard is an 89-acre estate in Oregon's Yamhill-Carlton AVA, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay thrive on ancient marine sediment soils. Under the stewardship of owners Angela Summers and Sanjeev Lahoti, and winemaker Tony Rynders, the vineyard crafts wines rooted in its distinctive terroir. Members of the Saffron Club and Cellar Club Exclusives enjoy access to estate wines and limited releases.
