After purchasing the property in 2019, they transformed a haybarn into a welcoming production and tasting facility, opening their doors to the public in October 2024. Winemaker Ashton Lough crafts Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Vidal Blanc, Tannat, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
