Founded in 1858, Plaisance Ranch is a working estate in Williams Valley, Oregon, now run by third-generation growers Joe and Suzi Ginet. The ranch produces over 24 estate wines from varietals ranging from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to Mourvèdre and Mondeuse, while also raising grass-fed beef on regenerative farming principles that honor both land and vineyard.
