Lynn Penner-Ash spent years as winemaker at Rex Hill before founding her own label in 1998, bringing serious Willamette Valley credentials to every bottle. Penner-Ash is best known for deeply expressive, terroir-driven Pinot Noir sourced from top Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge vineyards. The wines lean elegant rather than extracted — think silky texture, bright acidity, and layered complexity that rewards a few years in the cellar.
